My name is Nikoleta Yordanova and I am a PhD Researcher at the Department of Political and Social Sciences, European University Institute (EUI).
I am currently writing my doctoral thesis on the topic: “Legislative Organization of the European Parliament: The Legislative Role of Committees”, supervised by Professor Adrienne Héritier and Professor Peter Mair, and, externally, by Professor Simon Hix, London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Since December 2008 I am also employed as an academic assistant at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies, Florence, Italy on the project ‘Regulation in Europe’, PEGGED, funded by the European Commission under the 7th Framework Programme. The project is led by Professor Adrienne Héritier, EUI and Professor David Coen, University College London.
